Check-in is from 4 pm to 10 pm, check-out by 10 am.

Check-in is from 4 pm to 10 pm. Arrivals before 4 pm or after 10 pm are possible on request: message us before your trip to arrange it. Luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out.

Check-in is self-service, with a keypad at the apartment door. First we need to register your ID documents, as the law requires; you receive the access code and check-in instructions before you arrive. When you arrive, before you go in, we check your ID over a live link from the camera at the apartment entrance: just hold your ID up to the camera.

Every guest needs a valid ID document, children included. By law we register guests with the police (Questura); the data is used only for legal obligations, as explained in the privacy notice. Please don't send documents through this website.

Yes. GIO HOME is on the 2nd floor of staircase C, and the building has a lift with a cabin at least 132 cm deep and a door at least 81 cm wide (figures from the Airbnb listing).

Yes: each has its own door and private bathroom, and the studio also has its own kitchen. Only the apartment entrance, with the laundry area, is shared.

No, breakfast is not included. There are cafés and supermarkets in the area.

Yes. The studio has its own kitchen with a hob, oven and fridge. The room for four has a hob in the room, plus a fridge, a pod coffee machine and a kettle.

Yes, the shared entrance has a washing machine and dryer for guests, plus an iron and a clothes airer. They must not be used during quiet hours, from 11 pm to 7 am.

Yes, both places have Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Yes, bed linen and towels are included in both places.

Yes, children are welcome. A free cot for children aged 0 to 3 is available on request, subject to availability. Extra beds are not available.

Pets are not allowed and the whole property is non-smoking. Parties and events are not allowed.

San Zeno Basilica is about a 15-minute walk, Castelvecchio about 25 minutes and the Arena about half an hour. ATV buses, with stops nearby, are an alternative.

Veronafiere, Verona's exhibition centre, is about 4.2 km away: about 7 minutes by car without traffic. There is free street parking near the house.

Ospedale Civile Maggiore in Borgo Trento (Piazzale Stefani entrance) is about 1.3 km away, about a 17-minute walk.

The Marcantonio Bentegodi stadium is about 1.7 km away, about a 23-minute walk.

There is free street parking in the area. For the centre, the hosts suggest the free car park on Viale Colonnello Galliano.

GIO HOME is outside the ZTL, the city centre's limited-traffic zone. It's best not to drive into the centre: leave the car and continue on foot or by bus.

From the airport, ATV's Airlink shuttle runs to Porta Nuova station. From the station, take bus 61 towards Navigatori or a taxi: it's about 4 minutes by car.

Yes, the City of Verona's tourist tax also applies to tourist rentals. The amount, exemptions and the 4-night limit are set out in the city's regulation.
